Steve Ciocca │ Vice President of Finance & Strategy
Steve Ciocca is Vice President of Finance & Strategy at Union Main Group, where he supports financial planning, investment analysis, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
Steve brings a strong analytical and financial foundation to the organization, helping provide the insight and structure needed to support disciplined decision-making and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Union Main Group, Steve spent eight years at PwC, most recently serving as a Director in the firm’s Financial Due Diligence practice. During his tenure, he advised corporate and private equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from $1 million to more than $5 billion across a variety of industries, including industrial products, business services, consumer markets, SaaS, and healthcare. His experience included evaluating quality of earnings, working capital, financial performance, and complex accounting matters, as well as developing financial analyses and models to support significant investment and transaction decisions.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Accountancy, from John Carroll University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.
Originally from Buffalo, New York but most recently living in Cleveland, Ohio, Steve has relocated to Memphis with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and traveling around the country and world with his wife.
