Ritz Briñas serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO of Union Main Group, where she is a strategic partner in driving executive operations across the firm’s portfolio of businesses. She manages complex initiatives, executive travel, events, and day-to-day priorities, bringing organization to complexity and enabling the leadership team to remain focused on growth and innovation.
Before joining Union Main Group, Ritz built a diverse career spanning marketing, legal, entertainment, and real estate. Those experiences strengthened her ability to build relationships, solve problems, and navigate fast-paced environments, ultimately leading her to executive leadership support, where she found her passion for bringing clarity, driving execution, and turning ideas into action.
A lifelong New Yorker, Ritz relocated to Memphis to join Union Main Group after being inspired by the firm’s vision of building exceptional businesses while investing in the future of the community.
