Marc Hanover │ FOUNDER

Marc Hanover is a Founder of Union Main.

Mr. Hanover has founded three healthcare companies, including: GTx Inc. (a biopharmaceutical company listed on the NASDAQ) where Mr. Hanover served as CEO and Board Member prior to the merger with Oncternal Therapeutics, Surgical Navigation Technologies (a medical device company for spine surgery sold to Sofamor Danek, now Medtronic) and AnovoRx (an exclusive pharmacy distributor of rare-disease drugs), as well as two financial services companies: Crossroads Mortgage Company (a mortgage origination platform, sold to AIG) and Shapiro Settlement Solutions (a lien resolution and claims administration business) now known as Archer Systems which was sold to a private equity firm in 2018.

Prior to these ventures, Mr. Hanover spent 12 years at National Bank of Commerce (now SunTrust) where he rose from a management trainee position to serve as a Senior Vice President and a member of the Executive Management Committee.

Mr. Hanover holds a B.S. in Biology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis.
