Union Main Group partners with seasoned business executives to acquire and scale established business services companies. We acquire controlling interests in micro-cap companies and build them into high-value businesses positioned for large-cap private equity buyouts. Unlike traditional funds, Union Main invests its own capital, allowing us to focus on business-building as committed owner-operators, not just capital allocators.
